I have nearly finished college now, well June, July time anyway. And I’ve just been going through the hoards of work I’ve done, and I’m thinking to myself as proud as I am of some of this work, its still not enough. I still have so much to do and I don’t think I have enough time to do it in.
Still in other news at least that means that I don’t have to stay in my current job for too much longer. I did have another job lined up for when I left, let me tell you about it;
Ok so there’s a little shop in the village I live in and it was the usual over priced flower shop. As I got older the old place became decapitated and was losing money and custom. Eventually someone with more money than sense bought the place and decided something very different for its fate, He went and turned it into a salon? And to be faire it’s quit a nice place. It took awhile but I plucked up the courage for them to cut of my gigantic long brown locks of hair. As I was in the chair very petrified the director cutting my hair try to make me feel better and did that hairdresser thing were they just talk rubbish to you through out the treatment to make you feel better. So I stared answering the questions and we managed to some how leave the predictable conversation and actually talk. So he explained that he was going to extend the back of the salon and create a massage and therapies rooms. Were I then explained that I was a training therapist. Well that was it the guy was pretty stoked to have already found a willing worker and I wanted the job. Things were going ok there, I still went to get my hair done every month with one of his assistance and enjoyed my little discount too. But I went and got my hair cut last week there with a new director, he was French and really cool and really loved they way he did my hair, the problem was the owner Elio Giorgio! He tried to ask me over to his house in Marlow to give him a trial run of my ’talents’. Asking questions such as how is a double bed to massage on and how many items of clothing does he need to take off?
I was pretty dam shocked! He started off like a nice guy but the dude is a sleaze bag, he slipped me his number and told me to call him as soon as I could. Luckily for me the French guy François who was doing my hair at the time wasn’t great at English but knew enough to understand what was going on, he took the number and screwed it up. François then tried to explain to me did I know the guy was in his forty’s! It was really funny. The poor guy was new and his boss Elio had really seemed to embarrass him, and me! So if I do ever go back there it would be to see François!
So now I’m leaving college soon and I don’t know were to look for another job.
On another note Russell and Ricky as they have been named (the goldfish on flikr) have been doing really well. There named after the comedians Russell Brand and Ricky Gervaise. Only there is one problem, Ricky may actually be a girl as Russell keeps trying to ‘play’ with him shall we say.
So other than that stuff there’s really only one other thing to say and that is that I’m really looking forward to my holiday in the South of Devon with all the gang again like last year! The best part about the house were renting this year is the fact that unlike the converted chapel we stayed in last year this place has a huge swimming pool, and it is way bigger and cheaper!!! I’m so excited.

Hehehe i’m so sad but i don’t care!

Today I’m very excited, and I know this is pretty dam lame for someone who is going on twenty but to hell with it! On Sunday I bought a baby bio orb, it’s basically a fish tank. And it’s set up and readily working and awaiting the arrival of my new gold fish! Yer I know, but I did warn you it was lame.

Anyways this is all because of my dad really, the Sunday before last he got me to help him clean out the fish pond in his garden. I know it doesn’t sound like much fun but it was kind of cool to me. Cleaning the pond meant moving the fish too, now these fish don’t actually belong to my dad (no he didn’t steal them). When he moved in to this house last year he didn’t know that the previous owners would be leaving there fish behind, it’s just lucky that my dad really likes fish. Now since my dad has been in this house we’ve never really been able to tell exactly how many fish or what fish are in this pond. So along comes Sunday and I’m just hyped about what we might find, and out of this tiny fish pond we pull out around 83 fish. Now most of them are large over grown gold fish, but there must have been other fish in their too because they seemed to have interbred, because what we were fishing out just didn’t look like gold fish any more.

There were large gold fish shaped body’s with shubumkin styled markings and vies versa, we also had around 50 brown wild carp like fish that bred with the gold fish too. We could tell this because of the difference between the older fish and younger. So anyway after seeing how many colourful little guys there were it really made wish I had one of my own. Watch them swim around was pretty hypnotising. So now I’m all set up for one of the little guys, all I need is the fish and a name for the fish?

Hmmm, the May reboot Aye?

I’ve been watching my partner gear up for the May 1st reboot. It’s where all the Web designers re-design there websites and launch all at the same time to get mass coverage or hits. Well I was just thinking maybe I could do one? But then I thought a little harder and remembered I didn’t make this one, Andy did. And he’s way to busy with his own re-launch and other projects he’s got going on, so if I did go for a radical change I’d have to wait until just after May 1st. As you can tell I’m obsessed with butterflies and I want to keep that theme but just change the layout a bit and the colour scheme. Well come to think of it I would like to start all over.

So what do you think? Should I re-design this little old site, let me know by dropping in and leaving a comment.

Being ill SUCKS!

Hey everyone, I hope you’ve all been feeling well. I feel like… well perhaps that’s better left unsaid but you get the idea. I was born with a kidney condition and had a corrective operation when I was seven. Everything was going ok for a few years and now lately I’ve been getting worse and it’s making everything really hard for me. I’ve way to much time off from college and missed a few shifts at work, its pretty dam stressful at the moment! So I went to my doctor and he took blood tests and such other delightful things (yes I am being sarcastic) and after getting some dodgy results he has referred me to see a specialist at my hospital? I’m slightly concerned as last year I had cancer whipped off there and that was really scary for me so I don’t really know if I want to make this appointment? I guess I just don’t want any more bad news; medically I’ve not had the best time. Now I feel stupid because I’ve just had a thought about all the other people out in this big place who are probably so much worse off than me.

Anyway I will make that appointment, I’ll do it today, wish me luck! Hell there is some good news that I have it was my birthday on the 15th of March and I was 19, the oldest I’ve ever been! I had a really good day the sun was out and everything just look better for that one day, I didn’t think about anything other than the fact that it was my birthday and I was going to spend the rest of the week with someone that I love very much! It was also my friend Steven’s birthday the same day, HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVEN!!!

I’m really excited about something else too, I ordered some absolutely rad thread less T-shirts and they should be coming to me from California dam soon! I’ll post some pictures up on flikr when I get them! Thanks guys see you soon!

The Review… Of Sorts?!

Hey better late than never, right? So any way I when to see Russell Brand on Monday night and it was awesome! The supporting act was amazing, I really like his style. The support was Trevor Lock (Trevor cocky Locky). He made me laugh so hard at one point I was in tears and not the best thing for me as I had non water proof mascara on! There was a let down how ever, but that was by no means the comedian’s faults! I blame the dam crowd, they were so rude when Trevor was performing and I found that so unbelievable because he was one man stood up in front of this huge crowd (which takes huge guts!) and all they could do was shout was “where’s Russell”! They would have known that there was a support act out first it they could take the time to read the tickets or the programme! It just really gets to me when people are rude and arrogant for no reason at all.

Russell was really good to, but I was a bit disappointed with the routine as I’d already seen the vast majority of it on the Russell Brand live DVD. He pulled out one of our local news papers and tried (bless) to find something of interest, but nothing much happens around here. He did manage to fins something though and it was a really good part of the show. The Article was of a sighting of the Buckinghamshire beast. A young university student had been out walking his dog and spotted the Puma like cat across the river Rye. The funny part came when a member of the audience shouted that they knew the student and knew that not only were they not at the river but they didn’t even own a dog (I guess you had to be there!)!

In all it was a good night, I even got to speak to Russell! At the end he was asking if the audience had any questions, so I shouted out “do you still know the theme tune to Hong Kong Kicky Boots?” he did, and he sang it! Trust me look it up, I’m pretty sure it was on a pod cast he did.

I other news you HAVE to visit www.Threadless.com! The T-shirts there are amazing I ordered like five on Tuesday night (instead of writing this post, I’m sorry!) and they are simply amazing!

Russell Brand Live Tonight!

Tonight Russell Brand will be preforming a stand up at the Wycombe Swan in High Wycombe! And of course I’ll be there in true ditsy style! I forgot that it was even happening until last night when my boyfriend reminded me to pack a extra bag of going out clothes to change into after college. So you can expect to read my review on the performance on Wednesday, (I’ll be busy on Tuesday) and what i thought about it.

Another nice thing i heard about was a tasteful upgrade to “My Space”. Its called Verb and it’s really user friendly and a million times better than the dreaded My Space! You need an invitation before you can get into the site though. But i think thats a good idea, it feel kinda safer that way don’t you think?

I’m doing this from college at the moment, i came in this week after being unwell for awhile, i’m still not quite on top of things but definitely didn’t want to fall behind on any work. I’ve only got until June now to get all my hours worth of clients and study up on my knowledge of Anatomy and my routines! I really hope that i can get everything done before exam time!!!

Hey sorry for leaving you guys. In case you were wondering I did manage to get that college work done and handed in (thank god). So what have I done for like the past month?

Well let’s see I got promoted at work which was pretty unexpected, I was a check out chick but now I’m a working customer services (glorified till tart apparently!). I have been getting ill allot recently, I suffer with kidney problems allot. So I guess that’s slowed me down a bit.

Oh hey who in England got to play in the snow? I was so up for a day off, and the bus service wasn’t running so I thought great I’ll go back to bed! So I called in to work and said “I’m really sorry but there’s no way I can in to work today, none of the buses are running and I can’t get a lift from anyone”. I was nervous but confident that they’d let me stay home! “Don’t worry we’ll get Heath our delivery man to pick you up, just let us know were you are” Said my manager. SSSHUGER! So although I got to look at the snow and stand in the cold store with no heating all day, I never actually got to enjoy the snow.

Oh I did do a cool thing the other day; I went to see the awesome new film Hot Fuzz. It was so funny! I went to see it with a group of friends and it was an awesome night! We even spotted an actress there, nothing big she’s in Hollyoaks. I don’t watch it because these kinds of programmes become stupid with there story lines. I don’t even like her character (No offence to the girl).

I have to go back to college on Monday! I have finished my main assignment, Which is good but I can’t finish my amendment pages without the question sheets and I’m so sure that I handed back with my work?

I do that a lot, think I’ve done something when I haven’t or thinking I was supposed to do what I’ve done when I wasn’t supposed to do it. That is a hard sentence to read!

As I write this I actually have to go to work at 4:30pm, which is in about three and a half hours. For the first time ever I enjoy going to work, and I’ve had a few jobs.

The people here are really nice and most of them I already knew from social settings such as school.

Any way enough about that, I have something really important to say.

The iPhone! It’s so amazing, it’s like apple have actually become god and given us the only gadget you could ever want! I’m not geek enough to list the amazing things that baby can do but I am intelligent to know that I want one and I want it now. It’s your mac book, iPod and mobile in one. I no longer have to keep buying a bigger hand bag to keep all my gadgets in.

For me (and I did watch the presentation) the only draw back is that I can’t get a hold of one until November.

Any way this has been your host and this has been one poorly written jumbled blog, however take care of yourselves and let me know what you think of the iPhone!

Hey there its me as always, hope everyone is still having a good start to the year. Mine has kinda gone down hill as far as home is concerned, but what i really wanted to talk about was were or how do you find the extra hours in the day to get everything done?

I was given some assignments to do over the Christmas holidays from college and they are due in next week, however I’ve only done one of them. Now although there not too difficult and i pretty much know what I’m doing it’s the whole motivation thing, does anyone else get that?

I don’t know what it is, I come to Andy’s house because he has a much better computer than me, and before i even get here I’m going through everything that needs to be done, but when i arrive i just think of how much i have to do and the other chores that are waiting for me when i get home. It really drains me just thinking about it, and its so un motivating! I think i need a new way of looking at work?

Andy for example has always got projects on the go, He’s always got some sort of new idea to work on or things to up-date. I was wondering maybe you guys out there in the great wide world of the internet could perhaps give me some advive so that i can get things done and organize my time to do more?

Hey Happy New Year! I hope that you all rung in the New Year like pro’s and had a very (drunk) good time. I of course did… I went to bed and didn’t even get up to reply to the hordes of text messeages that I recived at 12am. I think it’s because i’m getting on now, I mean i’ll be 19 soon (in March incase you were woundering). I spent my eveing with Andy and then after a warm cosey and of course lovely evening I retired to bed only to be rudly awoken at twelve anyway. I’m not really a grummpy old fart really, I have to go to work today so i had to get my ugly, i mean beauty sleep last night.

It takes an awful long time to look like this!

Still You can all cheer me up by letting me know that; A you had a really good time or B you had a naff time which would cheer me up no end! Then again if you did have a good time I don’t expect you to be out of bed untill tomorrow!
